Welcome to the Origin Story of our Data Science Agency, Atrici!
We started working together when we were studying for our Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence. We worked well as a team on many projects. We realized we could do more than just university work, so we decided to use our love for data science to start our own company. In November 2021, we created Atrici, a data science agency. During our Bachelor's program, we did different projects and got better at what we do. After finishing our Bachelor's degree, we all chose to study the same Master's degree in Applied Data Science, which we have finished in June 2024. Now, as we started working full-time at Atrici, we, the three data scientists, are ready to use data to help businesses succeed in new ways.

Greetings my name is David Demmers. Learning more about the world is what I love. Connecting the dots of knowledge. I am really driven by innovation, developing systems to help the world in a propper way. Especially the complexity of big projects is something that I enjoy, bringing all solutions from different aspects of a large problem together to solve it.

Niels Bijl
Hello, I’m Niels Bijl, and I was born and raised in Utrecht, where I still live to this day. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence and a master’s degree in Applied Data Science from Utrecht University. My journey in data science has been driven by a strong passion for its transformative role in the business world. From an early age, I’ve been fascinated by IT and entrepreneurship, always eager to make a meaningful impact. At our company, the most rewarding aspect for me is the creative process: starting with a blank slate and bringing ideas to life. It’s a journey of transforming concepts into effective solutions.

Floris Videler
My name is Floris and I love solving puzzles and especially in the area of data science, artificial intelligence and cloud computing and infrastructure.
From a young age I was already interested in programming and since I made my first website I was hooked.
Since then I gravitate more towards the data side which led me to artificial intelligence and data science where my main expertise is right now.
I would like to think of solutions for the puzzle you are working on right now.
